How we work

Useful evidence. Clear limits.

Readers should be able to distinguish official information, our analysis and other people’s reported experiences.

Sources and changing facts

We use primary sources for product access, terms and program availability. Articles carry a checked date. We recheck changing claims before release and describe uncertainty where public documentation cannot establish an answer.

Testing and examples

A documentation review is labelled as such. A firsthand test needs a task, account type, date and outputs. Hypothetical examples are identified; they are not evidence of real business results.

AI assistance and human review

AI assists research, drafting and structure. Editorial review remains necessary. We check consequential claims, preserve source links and avoid invented credentials or experiences.

Commercial relationships

Affiliate relationships must be disclosed near relevant recommendations. Commissions are not evidence that a product fits. Suitable free options and material limitations belong in a comparison.

Corrections

Substantive corrections should explain what changed and why. If you identify a problem, record the article, claim and supporting source. A public contact channel is not yet configured; see contact information.
